This training covers and includes the following:

- The fundamentals of Hot Pilates and Mat Pilates

 - Body anatomy

 - Instructor fundamentals

- How to create your class

- Over 44 different of exercises, as well as different modifications for these exercises

- At least 2 formats for each trainee to teach

This training is hands-on, and your certification will allow you to teach at Ignite Yoga and Fitness as well as other studios!
